To maintain product integrity and ensure customer safety, we follow a transparent and fair return policy.
Returns
Due to the personal nature of skincare and wellness products, we are unable to accept returns once the product has been opened, used, or tampered with. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery at [ labquenz@gmail.com ] with your order details and clear photographs of the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit for the affected item.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only for orders canceled before shipment or in cases where replacement is not possible. Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been shipped. After dispatch, cancellations cannot be accommodated.
